Internet Accessibility

Global provides two different methods to remotely connect to the site. Both are free of charge, however both require high speed internet. Globals Axcys Support program allows the facility manager to "call" out technical support specialists without the need to configure the facilities router or to have a static IP. We also provide Ultra VNC which works similarly to PCAnywhere. From any internet location in the world you can log onto the facilities computer, make changes, run reports, download files or control the e-LocX Locking System.

System Monitoring

Axcys Software, the heart of the e-LocX Platform maintains contact with our severs,

updating and advising our technicians of any abnormalities - often before you, your tenants or your manager recognizes one has occurred!

Global monitors the performance and status of the e-locX System on a regular basis, provided Internet access is available.

Global will proactively open a trouble ticket for any problem discovered and work to resolve the issue.

Conditions monitored include system availability, errors, and component malfunctions.

Management software interface upgrades and enhancements may be made available when the management software is upgraded.
