Support service that includes installation of updates via VNC, PCAnywhere or Axcys Support @ $30.00/ Month AND unlimited telephone/email support during business hours.
Telephone and Email support during business hours. $30.00/Month - Annually in advance or $35.00/Month paid monthly
Email only support. $20.00/Month - Annually in advance or $25.00/Month paid monthly
Telephone support on a call by call basis. $4.00/minute, 15 min/ call minimum billed in 5 min increments or part thereof.
All support services are billed on an annual basis, prorated (New customers only), with the exception of Telephone support which is charged on you credit card on a call by call basis.
Support is provided for Axcys Software, Axcys family of Electronic products and/or MSTC brand electronic products.
IMPORTANT!
Global offers telephone and email support for the Global brands of Hardware and the MSTC brand. It also offers software support for Globals Axcys Security Software. Support is not free. It is billed on an annual basis, normally in December for the coming calendar year. For current prices, and other support options, please visit www.global-electronics.com.
In the case of new customers or conversions to Axcys, support starts the month in which the product is invoiced – not when installed or shipped. If the invoice occurs mid month, that month begins the life cycle of the support plan that was originally invoiced/purchased.
