Global Electronics, Ltd.  utilizes a computerized, integrated Material Requirements Planning system (MRP).  The system allows Global's Procurement Specialists and Materials Management professionals to accurately control Raw Material, Work-In Process and the shipment of Finished goods in a Just-In-Time (JIT) format.

Integrated into this system is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).  The main purpose for the ERP system is to balance the manufacturing facility, facilitate planning and provide timely feedback to operations managers and customer service

Real-Time feedback is provided through the utilization of bar coded work orders and employee badges.  This provides a host of benefits including real-time answers to customer service and detailed time analysis for cost containment / reduction
