In many cases, Labor Only (consignment) programs are given the same treatment that Turn-Key customers receive.  Materials are inventoried, and controlled in a similar manner with the exception of a controlled separate location.     Each consignment customer's materials are placed in marked, segregated area so to prevent co-mingling of materials with other customers' material or with that provided by Global as a turn-key solution. 

In addition, at times our customers find our team of Procurement Personnel invaluable in fulfilling individual component shortages when and as necessary - Global is focused in fulfilling your needs.

Many of our Labor Only customers leave a degree of materials on hand at our facility, which we have pre-prepped for future runs.   The benefits derived from these types of programs are vastly decreased lead times.  In cases down to 4 days with no expedite premium for quick turn.  Inventory is maintained on the same MRP system used with our Turn-Key programs with discrete part numbers for each customer's components.
